We’ve used Pristine House Cleaning twice now, and I cannot say enough good things about the quality of their work. We signed up for biweekly cleaning, and it is worth every penny.

Cynthia has been assigned to our home, and she is absolutely wonderful. She’s courteous, kind, incredibly attentive to detail, and does an excellent job every single time.

It’s also very clear that their employees are exceptionally well trained. The level of care and consistency in the service really stands out.

As a very busy small business owner, having this help has genuinely improved my life immeasurably. There are only so many hours in a week, and being able to buy back some of that time while still getting to come home to a beautifully cleaned house has been invaluable. It’s one less major thing competing for my limited time and energy, and I wish I had done it sooner.

I highly recommend them, and especially Cynthia. We are so happy we found them!

Overall the quality of the clean was very good. They were very responsive and the team was efficient. Most of the things that really needed a proper cleaning received it, and the before and after is very stark. The cleaning crew that came through did quite a good job, and were very friendly. Though I will list some negatives below, I think I would generally recommend the service. The service feels targeted more towards people moving in or moving out, if you actively live there then it may not be as worthwhile, though I feel like I mostly got my money's worth.
I think there are two downsides to the service:
1. They will not move furniture for you. If you have any furniture that isn't easy to get under, they just will not clean under or around it without you being there to move it, no matter how light it is. Realistically, if you want as good a clean as possible, you will need to be there to move things so that the space is truly clean, which likely means taking several hours off of work.
2. The service is on the expensive side. My one bedroom one bath was 300 dollars for the deep clean, but it was pitched in such a way that the regular clean for 200 dollars wasn't even a realistic option (they wouldn't clean several surfaces with a rag without the deep clean, for example). They also wanted another 50 dollars for an oven cleaning, which feels like it would be a part of a standard deep clean, but was not. I was surprised that there was seemingly no rug cleaning beyond vacuuming for a deep clean, that also feels like it would be standard deep clean procedure.
I also had an issue where several surfaces still had dirt and dust on them after the cleaning that may have just been missed or possibly don't include in their approved cleaning items (they didn't even touch any part of my desk except the floor underneath, for example). Per their policy I could have called them back to grab those areas, but it was few enough that I just did it myself and it wasn't worth them coming all the way back out.

Caitlyn, Sherra, and Cynthia from Pristine House Cleaning do an excellent job! They arrived on time and had a great energy - very professional and efficient. It was definitely worth adding on the interior refrigerator cleaning. I was impressed by how much they got done and how well they worked as a team. Caitlyn walked through the house with me before leaving to make sure I was happy with the clean. I would gladly book a Pristine clean again!

O.M.G. What just happened? After the fabulous women from Pristine House Cleaning came and worked their magic my house is gleaming. Gleaming! The walls are even brighter! My kitchen cabinets are sighing in relief and look new. Every inch of my house is glowing because it is so clean. They cleaned the baseboards and I could cry with joy at how good the rooms look. They took 10 years off my house it looks so much better.

Also, they were amazing at communication. I got emails and texts about the appointment and texts about arrival time on the day.

I will so be hiring them again.
