I stopped into the Gerharz showroom to inquire about purchasing two beverage coolers with gravity-feed dividers for our businesses in Syracuse and Binghamton. We wanted to provide cold drinks for our employees, especially during the recent heat wave.

Within three business days, both new coolers had been delivered and were up and running. Our sales consultant, Michael K., was knowledgeable, made helpful recommendations, and delivered within the estimated lead times.

Excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The Entire Staff Is Very Friendly; we had the pleasure of communicating with a young lady “Vika” as well as a young gentleman (he also assisted her, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) I was introduced to Gerharz at 220 Teall Avenue in Syracuse, By one of my Beautiful cousins “Heidi” AND MY Youngest Son Patrik! You will be PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AND WANT TO BECOME A A FREQUENT SHOPPER!

As professional as they are knowledgeable. The Front desk team and VT are the best. Working as a great team with the ware to fill the order fast and saves me a ton in shipping!
