Trucks labeled Royal Concrete Design and Royal Concrete Pumping, and the workers’ trucks have been blocking our utility driveway access constantly for about 3 months now. I went back on my ring camera recordings and despite only having 21 weekdays in August, 16 of those were blocked with anything from utility trucks, dump trucks, excavators, skid steers, trailers, etc. The first picture posted here was taken on June 3rd and the last few were taken yesterday. Yesterday I had to waste over 5 hours of my time, Code Enforcement was finally called, and they were told to move out of the driveway and sidewalk, and they did, just to then block it again on the street anyway. Non emergency line had to be called again to enforce it so they finally gave access to the drive. Police encouraged me to keep calling as they do keep a log that I may be able to use later. These guys also left the drive damaged with gravels, cement spats all over. Mind you, we entered a preliminary injunction on June 4th for an easement hearing to protect just this stuff. Unethical, unprofessional, and disrespectful behaviors displayed by this company. Ask me for my daily recordings if you want to see more of them in action.
