They are very good and handle each case with care. My timeshare contract was from 2022, and I always thought that it'd be impossible to get rid of it, but with Mexican Timeshare Solution's help, my contract is no more and I don't have to deal with maintenance fees anymore, all without my credit having been compromised either.

Discovered this timeshare exit firm in my desperation to cancel a timeshare with pueblo bonito and I have to say that they answered to my emails very quickly, although the process wasn't immediate in the end my timeshare contract was indeed cancelled. So I definitely recommend them.

I had a lot of trouble finding a timeshare exit company in Mexico that actually worked, but MTS helped me in a quick manner when it came to cancelling my contract. I had no problemswith them.

About 30 days after we signed up for a time share at Pueblo Bonito we realized that what we were promised wasn't what we received and started looking at how we could exit the contract we signed without giving PB any more money. We contacted Mexican Timeshare Solutions and Roberto assured us that we wouldn't have to pay anything until our contract was cancelled. It took about 5 months but Mexican Timeshare Solutions held to their word and didn't require any payment, even though their lawyers had to negotiate the cancellation with PB and Profecco, until PB membership and their collection agency verified that the contract was cancelled several months after the negotiated cancellation. Roberto and MTS stuck by their word and did what they promised.

I highly recommend Mexican Timeshare solutions, they helped me and my friend to cancel a membership without paying anything to the hotel. Diego was amazing and very patient, he helped us along the way and everything we were told happened. The price stated is what we paid, and the price is reasonably fair. If you want to get rid of your timeshare membership, do not hesitate to hire this service.

Highly recommend this service, the people are amazing. Answered all our questions and everything we were told happened. Price stated is what we paid, but we saved thousands by canceling within 5 days. We are so happy that we contacted them within the first 3 days, this gave us plenty of time to get the paperwork in order. If your reading this , I know why. DONT HESITATE !!!!

I was quite doubtful at the beginning as I had been taken in by some scams. But I eventually figured I had to trust...someone. MTS was very helpful and patient with all my questions. When I complied with their requests for information they were efficient and the exit from my timeshare was finished promptly. And I am free! of any and all expenses from that timeshare. I would recommend MTS to anyone needing to be released from a timeshare no longer wanted.
