Neil has been an exceptional resource. He is professional, and highly communicative, answering questions and responding to emails quickly. He also creates routine check-ins that he prompts so there is nothing missed over time. I have worked with three architects in the area for large residential projects (renovations) and by farNeil has been the most responsive, actively communication and expert resource each time I have asked for a recommendation or help. He has relationships with great local builders, trusted people with great reputations and satisfied clients. I can't speak highly enough about Neil--he is quite up to date and progressive on design techniques/technology--a big help.

I worked with Kaspari and owner Neil on a new construction multifamily project in a historic district, with Kaspari handling the design on what was a very complicated approval process. They were extremely responsive and accommodating, and any changes we needed during the project were completed quickly and in a timely manner, which made a huge difference given how complex the build was. Neil and the entire Kaspari team were professional, patient, and solution-oriented from start to finish. I plan on using 8TFive Studio for future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone taking on a challenging design in a historic district.

Neil and his team did a great job helping us to figure out a 2-story addition to our house. He used industry knowledge to help us stay within budget and achieve our goals. The team offered several suggestions to meet our needs before we made final decisions. We had several contractors review the plans. All of them commented that the plans were very thorough. The contractor we selected noted that Neil and his team make this addition “easy” because the plans are so well done.

It has been a pleasure working with 8TFive Studio on our apartment remodeling project. They have a qualified, attentive, and responsive team who have given me the confidence that our design dreams can become a reality. From the very outset after sending an initial inquiry, I received a prompt response from Neil, offering various options for an initial consultation. Before the initial meeting, Neil sought to understand our vision for the space, asking insightful questions and thoroughly answering every question we had about the process. From our initial consultation we could tell that Neil is a true collaborator. He actually listened to our ideas and offered thoughtful advice on how to proceed. At no time did we ever feel rushed. Neil carefully examined every area of the site. He answered every question and even entertained every outlandish idea with suggestions that were both creative and viable. His ability to reimagine a traditional living space and update it to be both modern and accessible is top notch. His patience in translating the technicalities of design and construction into an understandable process for the layman is impressive. Neil's skill set and his collaboration with his impressive team provide us with a one-stop shop to meet all of our remodeling needs. 8TFive Studio provides your project with the professional excellence that you desire and the thoughtful respect that you deserve.

Neil has been great to work with on a new home. We've gone through a few options to tweak the layout, look and cost. It's been great seeing how it all comes together. Would definitely recommend 8TFive Studio.
