From day one to my last visit , Mark and his staff are the best , they monitor they consult on what you can do and what you can’t do,
I highly recommend recommend for any physical therapy needs,
Even some one even answers the phone when you call for appointments,

The therapy I received was excellent.. The facility is welcoming and very clean. The Therapist are professional, kind and very friendly. The Staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and are extremely patient with you. A special thank you to Trent, Stephanie and Eddie. If you need PT this is the place to go.

I can't recommend them highly enough. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are caring and patient. The atmosphere is very welcoming, friendly and joyful. So it's healing you at all levels. Due to MS of 30 years, I have had a variety of experiences in the PT arena. I have not found a place I like as much as PTS at Hunter's Creek. And, it's not the building, it's the people. Mark has been amazing and so helpful. My questions are answered and my concerns are addressed. But it's not only Mark, it's Trent and Eddie leading the PT and Luis at the helm with appointments, etc. They are the ones who contribute to such a professional yet pleasant atmosphere. I was also just blessed with an intern finishing his doctorate at UCF cooperating/coordinating my care. Ged has been amazing. I'll repeat my first sentence: I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Gonzales is so kind and empathetic to his patients. Meanwhile, he’s very knowledgeable and a practical problem solver who finds unique ways of helping his patients overcome physical hurdles. He’s very thorough and considerate as he helps us gain better movement and strength. The environment at PTS is so warm, welcoming and healing. Everyone at the practice is very professional and kind. The best place to recover!
