Mr. Sullivan and his team do a great job. I had some minor repairs needed on the outside of my existing patio and he and his team did a nice job helping me with the repairs.

Rod has built several things for me and they are all still standing with great quality materials and craftsmanship. He is reliable and respectful. Guarantees his work and stands behind it . I recommend him for any of your roofing and construction needs.

Rod came out and did some gutter and gutter helmet repairs after the ice storm and was wonderful. Great communication and job was well done!. We're having him back to do some other things, we highly recommend Rod - he's great!

Rod sent his team over for a new roof on a large storage building that had been installed incorrectly from the get go, leaked and damage the roof. They recommended a “rubber” roof for several reasons that would work better long term. They did a fantastic job and worked all day 7-7. I love it. It doesn’t leak and I don’t believe it ever will. There are 6 6x6 posts going through the roof supporting a large staircase up to the top of a large shop. Denez the lead took his time and installed the material around each in a very meticulous manner. They were very friendly and professional. Perfect cleanup. For basically any kind of construction call them. I will if needed in the future.

We had a tree limb fall on our roof that caused a hole, and Rob Sullivan was incredible from start to finish. The same day I called, he came out, put a temporary patch on the roof, and provided us with a quote.

What really stood out was his attention to detail—he was able to find the exact brand and color match for our existing roof, which gave us so much peace of mind. We had reached out to several other companies for quotes, but many never even followed up.

Rob was by far the best choice. He was kind, responsive, and did an excellent job. We’re so grateful for his quick action and quality work. Highly recommend!
