My absolute favorite find here is their chocolate bars. Thanks to Dominique, she suggested these for me and not only is the chocolate rich and high quality—with zero weird aftertaste—but the dosing is super reliable and smooth. It is an effortless and delicious way to unwind after a long week. Clean store, friendly service, and a fantastic product. Highly recommend!"

I'm a long time CBD Kratom patron and I don't usually do reviews, I think I've done one in the last 3 years. However, I have to give Dominique a shout out for her unequivocal A-1 customer service! She quickly learned my preferences and always has my product ready when I walk in the door. Dominique displays professionalism, a thorough knowledge of the business and she expresses what translates as a genuine interest in my satisfaction as a customer. I've shopped at CBD Kratom locations all across the STL, STL County and St. Charles County regions for years and I have to say I've gotten the best service at Creve Coeur since this young lady has been working there. It's always a good feeling to believe your business is valued where you choose to spend your hard earned dollars and every time I see Dominique she serves up that level of supreme customer service with a smile. My "favorite" CBD Kratom employee by far. Give her a raise! Ten stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Every time I come in everyone is kind. The staff is knowledgeable of products as well. Dominique was eager to educate me about the differences and benefits of CBD.

Dominique A. Was so incredibly helpful today! Knowledgeable about the products, on top of deals and had an amazing attitude that had me leaving the shop happier than when I entered. Above and beyond customer service, I absolutely will be coming back.
