I had the woman at the drive thru argue with me over what number the meal I was ordering was when it shows it on the sign. I was so angry I backed out of the drive thru and called the manager. Will never go back. I went to DQ in same parking lot and got great service and food was great.

Firstly I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was as clean as a bathroom that you would find in someones home. Even the tiles were sparkling!
Next I was impressed with the service given by my server Kira. She was extremely friendly and she followed all of the steps that Mcdonald's teaches all of their employees.If I were a silent shopper, I would have given her 110%.She was even sure to make sure she folded the bag properly.I see her as becoming a Crew Trainer in no time.She was very professional when she asked her coworker, "Did you put a straw in the bag?"
Lastly the manager on shift was so proud when I asked for a comment card. Then he suggested this web site. That was service with a huge smile. Excellent job you three at Douglasglen Mcdonald's.
