I emailed NetStandard this morning at 5:40am when I discovered our internet was off-line. Adam Heuser responded right back, letting me know he contacted our service provider but wouldn't have a solution until they opened at 6am. During my production around 7:15am meeting I received an email from Adam letting me know it was restored.

Well done, I didn't expect a response that early in the morning.

We have used NetStandard for several years now and, although I don't need to contact them often, the service I receive is always fast!
