I was assisted fantastically by this guy called shree. Very kind & understanding employees. Kept me posted throughout, although I had to pack everything by myself but I guided with every little detail. Plus they’re super reasonable.

I've been using SFL Worldwide for a few years now and have had a good experience each time. Yes, there's always some delay once the shipment arrives at the destination, but I think that's normal given customs process, etc. Their excellent customer service and affordable prices has made me a repeat customer. I especially want to give a shout out to Nirav, whose been my contact from the beginning and is so helpful, patient and quick to respond to my queries. If you're looking to send something to your loved ones, I highly recommend you check them out. There's always room to improve, but I've no regrets that I've chosen them over competitors.

This is great service to ship. Cheaper than going directly with any other carrier. Ajit Mishra stayed online and helped through the process. It takes 30 mins to do all the steps before you get the shipping label. It’s worth the time. I did both international and domestic shipping with SFL and I recommend it

Great experience having SFL ship a bunch of boxes from US to India. Appreciated having a very friendly person (Nirav) on the phone guiding me through every step of packing, pickup and even giving me shipping updates when SFL's online tracking system was inaccurate (for which I am deducting a star). Delivery in Mumbai was seamless and the boxes just showed up at my door. I would happily do business with them again.

I emailed them online on their website and promptly heard back from Mr. Javin Vithalani and that was a very good beginning for my interaction SFL. Javin has been extremely helpful to me and most patient with me in guiding me through the process of shipping household items overseas (to India and Ireland in my case). He knows the logistics and the rules, regulations and requirements for Customs clearance in these countries. He has been very prompt and responsive in helping me with the packing and paperwork and has patiently answered my many, many questions.
