Customer service was excellent. The owner is a real cool dude and Sparkzy! I went to get a tire and they took care of me and make sure that they gave me a very good tire stop by and check them out. They have nice cars and they work real hard to get you Finance.

I had an excellent experience at Car Connection! When I walked in, one of the guys was in the back/garage area on the phone, but he still acknowledged me right away — which I really appreciated. You know how sometimes you walk into a place and no one even looks up? That was definitely not the case here.

Shortly after, another team member approached me and immediately got to work on my car. They had my tire put on in less than 10–15 minutes — super fast and efficient! I believe the same gentleman who first acknowledged me also handled my checkout.

Excellent customer service all around. I’ll definitely be back!
