Highly recommend! Dory and her staff are wonderful! The food is very good, including specially made cakes for events. The staff work really hard and checked in with us every few minutes…. Shout out to Betty!! Our family are repeat clients for wedding and anniversary parties. They made special vegan dishes and even made last minute changes for two gluten free meals. You won’t regret hiring Summit!

We used Summit Catering for our wedding and are so glad we did! The communication from beginning to end was amazing. Huge thanks/shoutout to Dory, Tori and Nina for being so easy to work with and making us feel comfortable on a day that can feel overwhelming! Everything was taken care of and we could enjoy our day without worry. They really are an amazing team and I’m so happy they were part of our special day. The food was delicious and they have a great selection to choose from. 10/10 all around!

My daughter Stephanie recently had her wedding at Vitner’s Pavilion which was arranged through Summit Catering.

Dealing with Summit Catering and namely Francesca who was our wedding planner/maitre d was such a wonderful experience.

Francesca guided us through the experience from beginning to end. It was a pleasure to work with her in planning this event. Francesca was always available and always ready to answer any questions or concerns that we had. She always went above and beyond to make sure we were 100 percent satisfied.

The team from Summit was responsible for setting up for the wedding at Vitners and they did an astounding job. The place was absolutely beautiful and we received compliments all night from all of our guests. The food was delicious and we also received many, many compliments concerning how delicious the food was.

Last but not least many thanks to the hard working staff from Summit. Everyone that we came in contact with was very helpful and accommodating in any request that we had. The staff went above and beyond our expectations.

Going forward, if we have a future event , we will be calling Summit for our catering needs, there is absolutely no need to shop around.

Summit Catering was a key part in making our wedding at The Estate at Eagle Lake the perfect day for us and our guests! Our main coordinator, Tori, was easy to communicate with and addressed any questions/concerns quickly. We really appreciated how our various allergy guests' needs were taken seriously when planning the menu.

Nina was fabulous as our maitre d’ on our wedding day! She was accessible and made sure we were enjoying every moment! Our personal bridal attendant, Mary, was the sweetest and very attentive, keeping us well fed and hydrated! Tori and Dory checked in at the venue at various points during the day and night too.

Summit’s team beautifully executed the venue and decor setup. Best of all, they neatly packed up our personal decor, all the florals, and any leftover food/alcohol for us to take home, which took the stress out of the end of the night and allowed us to get to our after-party quickly.

It is wonderful to support a family business that makes you feel like you are part of the family! We hope to attend one of their future catered events at The Estate at Eagle Lake to enjoy Summit’s delicious food again and relive our favorite day!

Summit Catering was amazing for our June 7th wedding! From the very beginning, the experience was wonderful—we loved our tastings and bringing our families along to share in the planning process. Tori was so detailed and organized, which made everything feel easy and stress-free, and Dory did such a thoughtful job with our ceremony, including meeting with us to personalize it.

On the wedding day, the food was incredible and beautifully presented—our guests are still raving about how much they enjoyed it. The staff was fantastic as well, so kind and attentive, and we received countless compliments about how professional and welcoming they were. Summit even added sweet decorative touches that made the day feel extra special.

Our maître d’, Betty, was truly amazing—she made sure we had everything we needed (our glasses and plates were never empty), kept the night running smoothly, and made us feel so cared for. We also loved that the package included a beautiful cake from Country Sweets and DJ Stew from Time Productions, which tied everything together and made the planning process so convenient.

We are so grateful to Summit Catering for making our day unforgettable and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for incredible food, wonderful people, and a team that goes above and beyond!
