Named after pioneering aviator and Bentonville native Louise Thaden (1905-1979), our restaurant honors her legacy of innovation, courage, and community spirit. Located in the Thaden Fieldhouse at Bentonville Municipal Airport, Louise offers a dining experience unlike any other in Northwest Arkansas. With both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the runway, guests enjoy spectacular views of private planes taking off and landing over Lake Bentonville while savoring comfort classics with a modern twist--from our famous $100 Burger and Hippie Hash to Fresh Salmon Salad and seasonal specials. Whether you're a pilot flying in for a meal, a family looking for weekend brunch, or someone seeking a unique dining destination, Louise bridges the thrill of aviation with the warmth of great food and hospitality.
