Sam is a terrific technician and an even better person. He made a real effort to repair my very old computer unsuccessfully and then worked with me to find a new computer at a price point I wanted with reliable technology. Later he spent almost 2 hours reloading my data, finalizing installation and eliminating unnecessary content AT NO CHARGE that had accumulated with Windows over 7 years. He's the best.

I called TN Computer Medics for an issue with the fan on my wife's 5-year-old laptop; it was my first call, because I had read positive reviews of them. Sam was honest with me and said it was not worth replacing the fan on a laptop of that age. He also recommended looking at laptop coolers as a way to limp along with the laptop until we bought a replacement. All of this rang true with me, a dinosaur retired for many years from the computer industry. My interaction with Sam reinforced the opinion I read in those other reviews, and based solely on this I highly recommend him.

Sam was incredible!
He was very friendly, prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable!.
He stopped by on the same day, within an hour, and picked up the computer to bring with him (as it wasn't easily fixable here). He was done within an hour and explained everything very thoroughly.
Also has cheaper prices than the other places I called that said it would be a week until they were done!
If you're having any computer issues I highly recommend you contact Sam and it'll get sorted quickly and cheap. I'm very grateful that I chose this business!

These guys were great. They were straight forward and transparent about the costs of recovering my data. They also sold me a very nice laptop for a reasonable fee and their antivirus software has proven to work very effectively. I agree with the other reviews here and can understand why these guys have a perfect 5 star rating. They honestly deserve more stars than 5. If you are looking for an honest computer repair company this should be your first stop.

I called this mobile computer repair company and had two laptops fully repaired the same day, something I honestly did not think was possible. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
Sam is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very fair on pricing. As a process server, reliable computers are essential to my livelihood, and he understood that urgency from the start.
What impressed me most was the speed, clear communication, and the confidence that the job was done right the first time. We have officially found our permanent go to for all of our IT needs.

I just have to say how amazing Sam was in helping me with my issue. Remotely, no less, and totally came through. I was feeling stressed, panicked even, because whatever was happening on my end felt like it was spiraling. Sam jumped in with calm, confidence, and a seriously quick turnaround. Had issues with Windows 10 needing to update to Windows 11. My computer was very old as well as some of the programs I was using. Mr. Sam was able to build me a new computer, but it would not pick up the documents I had been using. He tried and tried to get it fixed and with the help of a family member I was able to continue to use that document. Mr. Sam came to my home and saw how slow my computer was running. He told me to call the telephone company to get it checked out in which I did. My computer is running lots faster. I also have the virus protection he recommended and that has helped and is lots cheaper than what I was using. Since I had the new computer installed I got a message and Mr. Sam told me exactly what to do . Thank you for all your help. Mr. Sam was very helpful and very respectful.

My old computer would not turn on. I called Sam who suggested since my computer was more than 5 yrs old , to replace it and then we would transfer the data. I appreciated his honesty and did get a new one he recommended. He came to my house twice and spent time in transferring the data. Sam is professional and is very gracious in helping out. He is very prompt, available almost anytime by phone, and does quality work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
