My experience was absolutely terrible! I would never call this company again. Unfortunately, they were not prepared to handle my motorcycle and their driver threw it down on the tow bed while he was attempting to strap it down. To make matters worse, they are refusing to pay to get the bike fixed at the shop that I had it towed to and want ME to shop around for a better price!!!! They are refusing to give me any formal address to send legal correspondence to, along with refusing to provide me with their insurance company information. Honestly, it’s been the worst towing experience in my life, and I wish I had never called them. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. Thanks for nothing West Town towing! LOL!

My jeep was parked in a difficult to reach spot and stuck in park. My service guy was Lismay and he was able to get it into neutral and literally pushed the jeep to angle it enough so the chains wouldn’t drag the tires sideways and then activated the pull. Thank you that was awesome!

As I was leaving Fenton heading to Saginaw I got a flat tire so I pulled over in flint. One of the best experience iv had during a stressful situation. All the way down from the awesome Kristina who was on the phone, to the awesome tow guy, JJ was great all the staff were super friendly and kind and the gentleman who fixed my tire was absolutely amazing too. JJ has an awesome team!! I will MOST DEFINITELY be recommending their services to people and sharing how great their service was (:

Andrew towed my truck today and he was awesome. Thanks so much for the quick response and friendly tow operator. Ron is currently taking my truck all the way down to Southfield and we couldn't be more appreciative! Christina was super nice on the phone, too! Very helpful and detail oriented. During the process, I was initially told by dispatch that the driver did not have my key and that there was nothing further they could do. Later, it was confirmed that the key was in the driver’s possession and it was returned.

Although I appreciate that the key was eventually brought back, the communication from dispatch was dismissive and unprofessional. I was spoken to rudely and was hung up on when I asked for the owner’s contact information. I use Westside towing yesterday for a flat tire at almost midnight, I just wanted to say the driver Andrew that came out and helped me was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this company to others and use their services going forward. The technician (Andrew) was kind, professional, and personable. I had a dead battery and with a little determination, he was able to get my car started quickly. Again, would absolutely use their services again!

Samier was the best. Could not have been nicer, quick, and efficient. I cannot express how grateful I am that he came to my rescue. He dropped my 90yo mom at her house then bought me to where I asked to go. They weren't open, so took me to the AAA shop. Thank you so much for all your help and being such a nice and pleasant guy. I got locked out of my truck. The response time was good. But the 1st guy wasn't able to open my truck. Then a few minutes later l received a call from the owner JJ he said he'd be right over. He was here in 10 minutes. It took him like 5 minutes to get my truck open. I was ecstatic. I had been locked out for hours. He went above and beyond solving my issue. Thank you West side towing.

If you need a tow, ask for Joe!
Can't say enough good things about Joe and his trainee. They showed up within minutes with the most impressive flat bed I've ever seen. Joe knew exactly what to do. My car has special instructions for loading and Joe knew them immediately. Joe and his partner were prompt, courteous, experienced, knowledgeable and professional. Joe's trainee drove that big flat bed truck cool as a cucumber. He even backed it up my long narrow driveway with ease. Joe unloaded my car with care and precision. They definitely deserve some recognition for their hard work and professionalism. Thank you Joe, his partner, and thank you Westtown towing.

I would 100% recommend West Town towing for anyone who wants quick and efficient service everytime. Jacob was my most recent technician and his service was more than exceptional! He showed up way faster than expected, tested my battery & alternator, the test determined it was a bad battery (8% State of health) and needed replacement. Luckily he had one on his truck and within 20 minutes he had a new battery installed with a 3-year warranty!! He is an excellent tech and is so informative and intelligent in his line of work. So grateful for his help and if I have to call again I hope I'm lucky enough to get the same driver because he made a stressful situation seem effortless!
