The crew was amazing and in constant communication with us. Our community has transformed for the better and modern times thanks to MTD and its crew. Management and accounting are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them. This is our 2nd time our community has been painted by MTD over 10 years.

We used MTD for our community painting project in Plantation. They did a great job, took photos of the property, before and after. They worked with us to make sure the paint we chose was correct, and addressed issues immediately that came up as the work was being done. Very responsive, professional and made sure the job was done right. Diego, Miguel, Yamil and Liz all worked together to make sure that our project was completed on time. I would recommend this company.

The HOA where I live in Florida, hired a contractor to paint the homes in the neighborhood. My personal experience with this contractor has been nothing short of professional. MTD Painting and Construction has done exceptional work repairing stucco issues on our condominium building in Lake Worth, Florida. Jorge and Carlos have been great to work with. Whenever we had a question or concern, they had it repaired the next day. Our building is now structurally sound and we passed inspection with flying colors!
