Tracy has worked in women’s health for over 25 years and has a special interest in perimenopause, female incontinence and infertility. Tracy credits nurse-midwife Kitty Ernst as the biggest influence in her life. Kitty was known as a “midwifery pioneer” and was foundational in creating an educational program where women's voices and needs were heard through birth-center training programs. Outside of work, Tracy focuses on international work. She volunteers her time helping a clinic in Uganda and travels to Africa at least once a year. Read more
