The Tina Sharma Law Firm did an OUTSTANDING job with ensuring I was not taken advantage of by my ex-wife and her representative. They ensured I was informed of every step and status of the process and my case, and they sent me an itemized bill weekly (as required by DC) to ensure I knew what my money was being spent on. Attorney Ashton Wilson is a seasoned vet and razor sharp in the court room. SCAM ALERT! I started with the Law Offices of Tina Sharma in August of 2025. Upon the initial meeting with William Flood the operations manager he was reassuring that they would handle my divorce case properly. I had two attorneys that were both fired from and I am now on my 3rd attorney. One attorney didn't show up to court and the law firm had no knowledge of him no showing to court.

After asking for the return of my 12K for the lack of work, William Flood then refused my refund and stormed out of the meeting. I emailed the CEO, requesting a review and she did not respond. Under representation at it's finest, and a scam as the law firm has tried to cover up their mistakes by giving me the run and around and now pushing me to sign a release of representation when my court case is less than 2 weeks away.

All I have to say is representation or refund. And I will be posting on all social media until I get justice. -Tiffney

I want to say do not retain this law firm for anything, they do not communicate with you. They are really good at acting like your case matters just to get you to retain them. I paid for a consultation and when I said I was going to retain.they will have you come into the office and later you will be charged for a office meeting and you were coming there to retain them. They will send the guy William in first and get you to sign some paperwork explain some things to you but he don't explain everything to you and he definitely don't break things down to so you can understand.Ashton was the attorney I had and they we're real unprofessional,I would send emails and call her and she wouldn't reach back out to me until weeks later. Then I had phone conversation with Ashton and William about issues I had with howy case was being handled and they both would not take accountability for the things the did and didn't do. William is a person who like to smart out the mouth to when he in the wrong and he always want to just move pass it and not take accountability for his actions. I had been calling Ashton Wilson for week and I had to keep calling the office to see if she was going to be in court the next day. I didn't here from her until the morning I had to go to court. SMH and when we got on court she didn't say anything, so basically I was charged for her showing up and not doing or saying anything. I could have just went by myseIf and save almost a little more than $1000. She also said after the court hearing when we left out tha she was going to send me a recap of what happened in court. I said ok but when they sent me and invoice they charged me for that but she never said anything aboute being charged for that. I didn't need a recap I. Was their and heard everything that was said. I had many issues with the billing they were charging me for everything little thing even things I shouldn't have been charged for. If you come across this law firm. I would seriously advise you to not put you trust in them and let them handle you situation.
