I really like this place and the customer service when I first visited it was a guy at the front desk but today I called around 4, a lady picked and I was put on hold immediately for 30 minutes, I called again and it rang someone picked said nothing put me on hold immediately. Called again it rang and i was sent to the our office is currently closed line this is around 4. 31/4.32.. keep in mind the office closes by 5pm. I have all the call logs, called again this time the same lady picked said the same thing "nexs medical please hold" put me on hold immediately again, called 2 more times , I was sent to the "our office is closed" line again ,finally the Dr's office was the one who picked my call. I dont know who that lady thats working at the front is today June 3rd but if you dont get rid of her you'll lose all the people that like your location

I’m very satisfied.Dr Mensa is great, very knowledgeable and helpful and you can tell she cares. The staff is always very nice.

I really like my doctor. Dr. Jiang. She seems to be very understanding and very thorough with my yearly exam highly recommend this place it's safe friendly and very very clean
