the food was completely disgusting, i came through the drive through and my chicken was COLD and so were my fries.. they then didnt even give me the sauce i wanted, drive through worker was rude too but atleast the store wasn't filthy

This Arby's is always good. The wait is slightly longer but I am happy to wait. The food is good, hot, and fresh.

I came for the arbys takeover and was promised tung tung tung sahur would be there. The flyer also stated free chitlin sandwiches. Neither of these things were there, however the experience was still amazing. 😼

Poor service! The staff is clearly overworked and under trained. The poor girl (Olivia) at the counter was trying very hard but it was her first day and she was not trained to take orders. I could hear the very unprofessional "manager" yelling and cussing in the back. He should not be in any leadership or customer service role. I unfortunately will not return to this restaurant because of my experience. My hope is that the young lady that helped me realizes there are better companies to work for and moves on.

My last name on my profile is my last name and has been since I was born.

A “new” employee, per another employee, decided to attempt to make fun of my name, over the intercom. It was overheard. So the “mature” employee offered us “a bunch of ranch” as an apology.

Of note, we didn’t receive the Bronco berry that comes with the jalapeño poppers, now did we receive other sauces requested.

Overall. It was extremely unprofessional.
