Worked with Cornerstone on structural repairs to floor joists for a home we just moved in to. Jason and team did a fantastic job in making sure we understood exactly what was being repaired and why. As first time home buyers, this was comforting and made the process much more relaxing. They were extremely thorough and made sure to do things the right way with permits, etc., etc. and we appreciated that. Would definitely recommend working with them.

Cornerstone has been terrific from the start to finish of the structural reinforcement project they did for my house. They were involved right after a structural issue was detected during the home inspection phase of this home to provide a general estimate of the work involved even before finalizing the purchase.

they were diligent and timely and provides updates throughout the process to keep me informed every step of the way. The best part was the actual cost of work was lower than their original estimate.

Cornerstone did a significant repair/replace of the foundation and structural framing of my 1910-era house in Lavallette. Work included temporary shoring, removal of the old foundation, new footers (including helical pile installation), replacing block walls and piers as well as the replacement of the main carrying beam and sistering of under-floor joists. The work was done quickly with the team working thru a tough winter. Jason's communication and follow-up were great. We were so impressed with the original work ,that we had the crew come back and do a full rebuild of our 200sf outbuilding which also involved foundation work, and replacement of damaged structure.
