I am very happy that we hired Pegasus to resolve a long-standing issue with our dryer that no other repair person seemed able to rectify. Turned out the issue was incredibly simple, so we did not pay anything beyond the initial assessment fee. Excellent service, very capable technicians, and finally a solution. I contacted Pegasus to repair an induction cooktop that wasn't functioning. The technician who came was extremely professional and was able to identify and repair the issue quickly. The price was also reasonable.

My only (somewhat) negative feedback is that communication with them is done via email, which I don't check frequently, and for which I don't get notifications. That result is that communication requiring timely response was missed. It would've been better since I provided my phone number to communicate by text since I receive notifications for those and am more likely to respond quickly.

Regardless, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We found Pegasus by searching on Google and are we happy we did. My Dad had an issue with some water leaking from his dishwasher and Emil arrived to try and figure out where the leak was coming from. He was completely professional, he was thorough and very knowledgable. After over an hour of tearing the machine apart, nothing was leaking for Emil. Today it leaked a little bit again and so Emil came back, same day, and helped once again and went above and beyond once again. He didn't charge for the second visit either! So impressed with his services, highly recommend this company. As he left each time he asked my Dad if there was any other appliances he could help with too! Top Notch company! And very reasonable rates, especially for Seniors!

Broken washing machine and loads of baby laundry! Yikes!
Pegasus was here within just a few hours to diagnose and were able to order the part immediately! Within a 3 hours the part was in and they were back to repair! In under 6 hours my machine was fixed and my laundry got done! Would definitely call again and recommend!

We are new to this area and called to have our dishwasher looked at. They were not able to fix the dishwasher and we had to contact a Cove dealer for specific parts and repairs, which was fine.
However, I can not express how upset I am with the service as the repair person did not come prepared with a mat and he did not seem concerned about damaging our hard wood floors. We gave him some towels and a mat but needless to say he was not careful and damaged the floors in several places. We cautioned him about pulling out the dishwasher without protection but he did not seem concerned!!!
After he was finished we could see he scraped and damaged our floor in several places. Again he was not too concerned!!! We are in a newer home open concept home that has hardwood throughout. This simple call to have our dishwasher replaced has resulted in $$$$, costing us much more due to the carelessness and unprofessionalism of this repair person. When the Cove dishwasher person came from another company to fix the dishwasher they arrived with an appliance mat and were careful. This should be an industry standard practice! Very disappointed with this company!

I own several rental homes in and near Burlington, so I get to use numerous repair companies and have not had luck with refrigerator repairs with anyone until I called Pegasus Appliance Repair.

I have a built-in refrigerator that was here when I bought the house 10+ years ago. Well, now its probably more than 20 years old. It’s a KitchenAid!!! The fridge looks in good shape but the compressor kept shutting off. I called Pegasus and he came and told us to replace the compressor. I was a bit skeptical because I’ve had such bad experiences before. Plus, I thought we have an electrical power problem in the house. I went ahead with the repair and I added a couple of additional services. I had Pegasus install a new thermostat and a new freezer fan that is making noise.

Now the refrigerator is running great! SUPER COLD and even with the hot weather we had frozen ice cream. A new built-in is over $10,000. Our tech also refit the fridge into the opening as it wasn’t sitting right.
The cover on the vegetable bin had a tab broken and wouldn’t work and I asked the repair tech if those things are still made because the fridge is very old. He did find one and he didn’t charge me for it and said it was a gift! Who does that?!? I think that says it all.
