I needed a new dishwasher and was able to purchase, delivered and install within 2 days.
The customer service was awesome. We were greeted at the door and said to let them know if we had any questions and we were left to look and shop without any pushy sale tactics. I always appreciate when stores let you look without any hovering.
Umaru removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one. He was friendly, took his shoes off and made sure he left no mess.
I would buy all my future appliances here!

I’m incredibly thankful today! We were searching everywhere for a part for our dishwasher, and multiple stores either didn’t have it or couldn’t help us.

Thankfully, Appliance Kingdom came through for us! Not only did they have the part in stock, but their customer service was absolutely amazing. The staff were patient, professional, and incredibly helpful, especially since we accidentally had the wrong part number at first. On top of that, the pricing was fantastic. Ali and his brother Ali Sr were amazing. Super efficient and super helpful. - fridge, double oven, washer and dryer all installed and operating within 3 hours of very hard, constant work. I was super impressed and my wife is So Happy with the new appliances.

Sent an email looking for a specific part for my washer. They responded quickly and confirmed they had it in their warehouse. It was ready for pickup as soon as I could make arrangements. Would not hesitate to use them for any appliance part needs.
Quickly changed out the washer boot with the included instructions within a half hour.

Just bought appliances from Appliance Kingdom (a little over $1,000) and honestly—super impressed. Their prices are lower than anywhere else I checked in Edmonton, the service was excellent, and they delivered, installed, and took away my old appliances. On top of that, they’re giving free gifts to choose from (induction cooktop, bullet blender, etc.)—I got a dinner set worth over $60. Amazing value and great experience overall. Highly recommend 👏

A friend recommended that I visit this store for any appliance needs... so glad I listened to her and went to this family owned local business. It was Nawaz who helped us, seamlessly processed payment with great promotional value on the dishwasher we purchased. And less than 18 hours later we have a new dishwasher intalled!!! They installation team was wonderful, they took the old appliance and packaging, showed us the functions of the new machine and went their way in less than 60 mins...Can't thank Nawaz enough for the wonderful experience! 🙏😌✨️

I phoned to inquire about a part, but unfortunately they didn’t have it in the shop so they got it shipped in from the warehouse. I was able to pick it up the next day, but due to circumstances I wasn’t able to pick it up till the day after, and they were very understanding. When I went to pick up the part, the gentleman at the desk was very professional. Conversation went well and we were able to joke around a bit. Had a great experience with this establishment.

To start off the customer service over the phone was EXCELLENT! The employee (David) was so kind. Everything happened so fast and so smooth. I ended up getting the wrong part number and they were able to help me find a new one for my fridge and the exchange process was so smooth. In person was just the same. Very positive and effective service. I look forward to making more purchases here for my appliance needs

Would definitely recommend this place!
The second I walked in I was greeted with kind gestures and was helped right away.
Very fast process one of the easiest transaction I dealt with. Very clean environment, organized and professional.

With less time on my hands they said the part that I wanted wouldn’t be in until Tuesday and Mondays are my only day off.
So they did me the most amazing favour by telling me it would be in this afternoon by 4 pm. Mind you no others stores have done that for me. So therefore I would highly recommend you to come here.

They also have great deals on appliances with a fraction cost that’s incomparable to others who steal your money.

I will definitely be coming back.
