Waves Pest Control showed up to save the day at a rental property when guests complained that ants had invaded their food items. It was SOS on a weekend, and Waves was able to get someone out promptly. Needless to say the problem was solved and we have signed up for maintenance treatment because we were pleased with their customer service, promptness, reliability and effectiveness. Highly recommend.

Absolutely shocked on the service that Waves provides! First-initially called them on a Sunday morning and an actual person (very sweet nice woman) answered the phone and scheduled our appointment for the next day!
Second- came on time of scheduled appointment, took care of the issue and even recommend simple care we can do on our own, never tried to sell me a monthly service!
Third, followed up with a second visit on time, and even went to a clients house to analyze a situation without an appointment scheduled after I told him their house was close to mine during their follow up visit to my house. Basically, the kind of service we all have forgotten about because it just does t happen anymore….Highly Recommend!!!!

Adam came on short notice to help us with a roof rat issue that caught us by surprise. A tricky problem that required him to ascend into my attic and set traps to track down the nests, additionally he inspected the property to determine how these rodents were accessing the house to come up with prevention measures. Extremely helpful solving our problem and putting my wife, who was a bit squeamish about rodents, at ease. Great job and quick too.

Adam was amazing! He went above and beyond during our first visit - moved furniture, took his time, and made sure everything was done right. It’s hard to find service like this anymore. 10/10 recommend Waves Pest Control!

I can’t say enough good things about Waves Pest Control! From the first phone call, I felt like I was in great hands. The technician showed up right on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. What impressed me most was the detail — he didn’t just treat the obvious spots, he inspected every corner of my home and even pointed out small issues I never would have noticed.

Adam gave me honest, clear answers (no rushed explanations or upselling), and I really felt like the goal was to protect my home long-term, not just give me a quick fix. After the treatment, I noticed results almost immediately, and I’ve had complete peace of mind ever since. They truly went above and beyond, and it shows in the quality of their work.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest control that’s reliable, thorough, and genuinely cares about the customer.

Waves pest control today did my 1st quarterly pest control service with them. Adam impressed me with the quality of the work that he provided to me today. I feel the treatment was more detailed than my previous pest control company, and also cheaper. I am very satisfied with Waves Pest Control.

Quick & Reliable Service: My wife & I just moved into a new home that had a ghost ant infestation. We had friends coming to visit & we needed help quickly. I found Waves online after doing some web searches.

I called & spoke to Adam, the owner, who said he could be out the next day at 8am to help us. He arrived promptly the next morning. Within 24 hours, all the ghost ants & other insects were eradicated from our home.

We're also signing on with Waves for the fertilization of our lawn. We look forward to working with Adam again in the very near future. Thank you for the excellent service.
