The salesman was very nice. The quote was very high. I know basement windows are going to be expensive but it was way more than I expected and of course they do the you get a discount if you say yes but not after we walk out the door. Agreed to it because my basement windows were in horrible shape. Signed up for everything
Luckily they dont take your money right away because they told me id hear back within 3 weeks. Didn't hear Back at all and ripped their sign out of my yard and called in another company. They replaced my windows for less than half the price without cutting quality. Quality is great but not when you cant back it with proper communication.

Great job from beginning to end. The sales person went over our needs and goals for a new roof with no pressure. The company stayed in touch and answered all questions we had. They arrived on time and did a professional job and the clean up was excellent! We are very satisfied with the job.

Everyone was easy to work with. They replaced several windows and a few had to be custom built. Reasonable prices. Quality work done quickly and great clean up. I would recommend them to anyone. I will call on them again if I have any further projects.

White Oak turned double windows into sliding glass doors, allowing me direct and easier access to my back porch. Looks beautiful.
All work was done quickly and professionally. And the guys didn’t leave a mess! I’m glad I accepted their offer and have the renovation I’ve wanted for nearly 40 years.

I was very pleased with their work. I had a bigger than usual picture Window that I needed to replace and they got it all done in one day. They came in remove the window and the side windows and within a few hours new window was in. They were very Courteous and they did not do any cursing which I have had people do things for me before and they used a lot of foul language. These guys were great.

Long version
The product is excellent. The windows we got were specifically made to fit our home. They are excellent quality.
To get an estimate expect a long appointment. I didn't realize it was going to take so long or I would have made it a different time. They want all adults who are responsible to be present. The salesman spent a while just in small talk. Then did a whole presentation about windows. He talked about how the windows where different and better. Then he brought in a whole window set up in our kitchen where he showed us how it worked and how it was different than other people's windows.
They did well communicating when they wanted to measure (remeasure) and when they were ready to come and install the windows.
They said it could take about 8 weeks to get the windows and it took longer. We had our initial appointment in Jan and it wasn't until May that they were installed. The man who installed them was respectful and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself and when he was finished showed the work.

White Oak did a fantastic job replacing our window! We will be working with them again in the future. We got one window due to current financial obligations, and we also wanted to see how it went and how we liked it. We absolutely love the window. Our heating bill has gone down because our old window had been letting so much heat and cold into our house, and our new window doesn't let anything in that we can feel. The window they replaced was actually relatively new too, so we are really happy with our decision to switch it out with White Oaks window considering it is just a much higher quality window. We were a little bit thrown off by how much time they spent with us at our house selling their products, but they were very kind and it was no big deal. Just make sure that when you set a day for them to give you the demonstration, set up a day when you have time to relax and talk to them! They're really nice people. I've seen other people write reviews about how they call non stop after having work done and we haven't gotten any calls from them at all, which has been nice. We do plan to get more windows, but we are happy that we can reach out when we are ready with no pressure from them! I recommend White Oak! Very nice employees and good company to work with so far!
