We recently had a large ash tree cluster removed from our property, and I can't say enough good things about Zac and the team at ZZChop.

The trees were located very close to our neighbours' yards, so it wasn't an easy job, but Zac and his crew handled everything with incredible skill, care, and professionalism. They took the time to do the job right, making sure everything was removed safely and efficiently.

What impressed us most was the cleanup. When they were finished, the yard was spotless—you honestly wouldn't know they had just removed several large trees!

Thank you to the ZZ Chop team for completing the pruning of our two mature honey locust trees. The crew did a professional job, the trees look much healthier and better balanced, and the cleanup was thorough. While there were some delays and communication challenges during the scheduling process due to some personal circumstances, we appreciate that the team followed through and delivered quality work. Zack was very pleasant to deal with throughout the process. He showed up on time for the free inspection/estimate, and answered all of the questions that I posed to him. He provided a written estimate, and dealt with the City of Ottawa to obtain the required tree removal permits. The removal of the three large maple trees went off smoothly and it was fun to watch a team of professionals work quickly and efficiently. The site was left in very good/clean condition. Overall it was a great experience, and I plan to contact the company later this spring for additional work on the property.

I had them cut down a huge tree in my backyard that had died and would have become a hazard. Very professional and did a great job. They were super patient with me. I had tons of questions and made them wait a long time while I decided what I wanted. They also gave me a great price. I got a bunch of free estimates and theirs was the best. All the workers were super nice and friendly. The main guy was super knowledgeable and nice as well. He worked with me to find ways to minimize the cost which I really appreciated. I would definitely choose them again.

My neighbor's had their trees trimmed and we happened to see what professionals Zac and his team were. We then hired them to trim some very large trees and had to cut one down unfortunately, but they were quick, efficient and extremely professional skills. Thrilled to see how much our mature trees look and had one safely removed preventing any serious damages to our home and neighbors property. Thanks again Zac for your help!

Zach and his team at ZZ Chop are consummate professionals. Zach attended and walked the property with me to ensure he fully understood what was being requested. He provided a quote and was careful to point out what would be the best value for my money, and even cautioned against items that he could not guarantee, saving me a lot of money. He and his team arrived when they said they would, performed excellent work, and cleaned up all the debris. I was so impressed with their work, I asked them to return to take on other projects. Zack was efficient and came to our house promptly to see how big the job was. Gave us a quoted and came within 48 hours to cut it down. It was a big job, part of tree had rotted and fell on the ground. Fortunately no one was hurt. He also chipped all the wood as wells other branches we had in our back yard in a big pile. All the wood chips were removed off the property. He was courteous and professional and efficient.
We would call him again and highly recommend him.
