Those guys got me in before my appointment time and were done ahead of time. They did an amazing job and the whole staff was Incredible...will definitely use them again for any of my vehicles. The window tint was an exact match for my factory rear windows. Great job guys!!!

My son has had two of his vehicles’ windows tinted here, so I already knew they did great work—but after taking my Honda Accord in myself, I’m even more impressed! The team at Cloud 9 was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job on my tint.

What really stood out was their kindness. When I had an unexpected engine issue while trying to leave, they didn’t hesitate to jump in and help me get back on the road. That level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated.

I booked a “Cloud 9 Deluxe Detail” because my dog threw up in my car. This package Includes a “complete interior detail” per their website. First, they had my car for over 9 hours. I have a Honda civic. Shouldn’t have taken that long. I had to call them towards the end to ask when will my car be ready??? No answer for about 30-40 mins. Finally they answer saying they were just done. When I got there to pay they were trying to charge me MORE than the $175 which to me is already pricey. They “thought” I had another package ?? I thought maybe they did that package on my car instead. When I get in my car, there’s still throw up. I message the guy like ?? Did they not shampoo??? He lets me know the “complete interior detail” doesn’t include shampoo? Sooo how is that a complete interior detail? They basically just vacuumed, & washed the outside for $175???? They told me they’d change their online wording so it’s more obvious that shampoo isn’t included, has not changed. He did tell me he’d give me a discount but I obviously didn’t care to go back.

Update: after my review they reached back out to me explaining they meant $235 for the package I had chosen, despite mobile or not. From the message I thought he was saying $235 if I did MOBILE since that is what I had asked about. They were never clear to me about what size they were gonna consider my car. Online package says $235 for a LARGE vehicle which apparently they were considering my Honda civic a large vehicle…? There was just miscommunication- not wrongly trying to charge me from their POV. From my POV I was not clear on total price since online it says $175 & I wouldn’t have assumed my car to be anything but “small”.

Got the wndows tinted and they did a great job. Couldn't of asked for a better job! The communication was awesome, i couldn't be there when they opened so i dropped my car off the night before, came back the next day and it was done. And the best thing was his prices beat 4 different places i got quotes from. Highly recommend, check him out

Does good work with the tint just not as good as putting back together. Took my boat there and didn't see anything obvious wrong, took it out and they had all the windows off the boat, and on the frist trip out a window fell off into the water going down the lake and the amout of loose screws is amazing, also there "fix" for this issue was for me to drive 4 hours total for them to replace 8 screws, totall worthit! Let him know what happened and he pulled up a Google search saying that it's common for this to happen. Just pay attention when getting work done

I can't recommend Cloud 9 and Garrett enough for vehicle window tinting. After spending time researching and reading countless 5-star reviews, I chose Cloud 9 and I'm so glad I did. Garrett was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, helping me choose the best tint option without any pressure or upselling. I ultimately went with the ceramic tint, and the results exceeded my expectations.
