We had such a great experience with platinum works . From the first appointment to the final walkthrough, everyone we worked with was friendly, honest, and easy to communicate with. They kept us updated the whole time and made the entire process really stress-free.
We not shoveling the snow this year. The heated driveway they did is awesome .

I can't say enough good things about Canadian Rooter and Platinum Works. After a leaking pipe caused significant damage, they were recommended by our insurance company. The plumbing repair was done quickly and professionally by Canadian Rooter, and then Platinum Works took over for the renovation. Their seamless coordination and high-quality workmanship made a stressful situation so much easier.

We had a serious plumbing issue with our basement flooding, and Canadian Rooter came to the rescue. What truly sets them apart is their division, Platinum Works. They didn't just fix the flood; they completely rebuilt our basement, handling everything from the initial cleanup to the final touches. Having one company manage the entire process was a huge relief and a great experience from start to finish.
