Vive did an excellent job. First they listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted. Ray provided me with all the information I needed and explained the process. The work was done in one day and was excellent. They have you come back in a couple of weeks for a recheck. Everything was perfect. The window tint and front ppf are excellent with no bubbles or defects. Really great service.

I was looking for full front ppf and ceramic tint for my vehicle before the summer hit harder.
Vive Auto was highly recommended by a body shop owner friend, he said because of their warranty and perfect jobs. I’m glad I listened, had a great experience from the first consult call. When I was able to stop by Mr. Ray showed me around the shop and explained to me in detail the difference in materials and what the best options were for me.
I was given a very clean loaner which was a huge blessing for me due to my work schedule.
I believe it was a great deal, the installation looks flawless and they want to see me back in 3 weeks to check everything looks perfect, this tells me they stand behind by their work. They were very nice throughout the process, also accommodating and communicative. My vehicle looks great! I highly recommend them!

Exceptional Service and Quality Work!

I recently had my Tesla Model Y tinted and protected with PPF at Vive Auto Katy, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Ray and his entire team were outstanding from start to finish.

Ray took the time to explain the different tint and paint protection film options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the process. The workmanship was exceptional, with great attention to detail and a flawless finish. The tint looks amazing, and the PPF installation is virtually invisible while providing excellent protection for my vehicle.

What impressed me even more was their commitment to customer satisfaction after the work was completed. Ray personally followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the results and to see if I had any questions or concerns. That level of customer care is hard to find these days and really shows how much they value their customers.

The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in their work. Communication was excellent, the shop was well organized, and my Tesla was returned on time and in perfect condition.

If you’re looking for high-quality window tinting or paint protection film services in Houston, I highly recommend Vive Auto Katy. Thank you, Ray and the entire team, for the excellent service, attention to detail, and outstanding customer care.

I brought my car in for full paint correction, ceramic coating, and paint protection film, and the results blew me away. The team treated my car like it was their own from start to finish. Before the work, my paint had light swirl marks and dull spots. After the correction, it looked like a mirror — then the ceramic coating took the gloss to another level.
They also installed paint protection film on the front end, which gives me peace of mind for highway driving and everyday wear. The film is perfectly aligned with clean edges — you can barely tell it’s there. The coating makes it insanely easy to wash and keeps dirt from sticking.
Christian Communication was great throughout — He explained each step clearly and provided regular photo updates. The price matched the quality, and honestly, it feels like a brand-new car again. Highly recommend their service for anyone serious about long-term paint protection and perfect finish quality.

Once again, Christian and his Katy crew performed a phenomenal job on my M5C! Annual ceramic coating maintenance on top of the PPF they installed when I initially brought him my car.
Hands down the best one stop shop for all your detailing needs!

Extremely disappointed in the quality of work. I paid for a full PPF installation, and at no point was I told the film would have visible gaps, large overlaps, or unfinished edges.

The rear spoiler was a major issue. Instead of removing the wing, they simply cut around it and left wide gaps, then tried to justify it by saying they “couldn’t” take the wing off. Only after speaking directly with the owner did they agree to redo the trunk properly by removing the wing—something they originally claimed wasn’t possible. When I posted an honest review about the experience, they called me to confront it in an unprofessional and negative way.

Even after the correction, the overall installation remains far below acceptable standards. I still have film hanging off the rear splitter, gaps in the front bumper, and multiple areas that look unfinished. I’m exhausted from going back and forth, and every time I look at the car, I’m reminded of how poor the workmanship is.

For the amount of money spent, the quality should have been significantly higher. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

Ray and the rest of the team at Viveauto did an amazing job and took great care of me! Highly recommend to anyone in the Katy/houston area. They only carry the best of the best nano ceramic tint with precision computer cutting to fit the glass perfectly. Look no further and schedule your 15 min consultation with them and they will get you right. Very satisfied with the new tint on my model 3 (side windows).

We had Vive Auto at their Katy location do full car PPF, ceramic coating, and window tinting on my 2024 4Runner, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

The team was wonderful to work with and kept me updated the entire time by sending progress photos throughout the install, which I really appreciated. It was reassuring to see how much care and attention they put into every step. The final result looks amazing—the finish is flawless, and the 4Runner honestly looks better than new.

The experience was so positive that after seeing how great my 4Runner turned out, we decided to have them do the same work on my husband’s Tundra as well. That should say a lot about the confidence we have in their work.

Vive Auto does exceptional work and provides great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for PPF, ceramic coating, or window tinting. The Katy team truly does a fantastic job.

Took my vehicle here to get tint done since they were an authorized Llumar dealer.

Working w/ Christian throughout the process was great. He was very communicative, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the whole process.

Initially had some dust under the tint but they were able to make it right and take care of it!

Brought some new life to this old truck!

Christian and his team were awesome. They were very professional and took great care of my ride. They wrapped, tinted and treated the seats in my new Tesla and the matte pearl PPF looks AMAZING! If you want it done by the best…check them out.

I had an incredible experience with Vive Katy! I brought in my Kia Telluride for ceramic coating, window tint, and an ExoShield windshield protector, and the results are beyond impressive.

Working with Christian was a pleasure—he took the time to thoroughly explain all my options and made sure I understood the benefits of each service. The ceramic coating came out absolutely stunning—my Telluride now has a deep, liquid-like shine, and the hydrophobic finish makes cleaning a breeze.

The Llumar tint has been a total game changer, especially in the Houston heat. My cabin feels significantly cooler, and I’m so glad I went with full coverage—including the windshield and sunroof. Not only does it improve comfort, but the sleek look is just chef's kiss.

As for the ExoShield, it’s already proven its worth! Just a week after installation, I took a small rock to the windshield on the Beltway—and it bounced right off without a scratch.

And honestly—I absolutely love looking at my car now. It turns heads, it shines like crazy, and I catch myself admiring it every time I walk away.

Overall, I can’t recommend Vive Katy enough. Their attention to detail, high-quality products, and exceptional service make them a top-tier choice for any car enthusiast. You truly can’t go wrong with them!
