So far so good. Business was very clean and organized. Very informative with displays and employee knowledge from the products to the care and lifetime warranty. Front desk reception was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Process from appointment booking to leaving in my car was professional and friendly. Highly recommend if you need window tint. Windows look great!

I have had atleast 10 vehicles tinted at Sun Control of Minnesota. Every experience has been wonderful, but last week I had them install the premium ceramic window tint on all of the windows on my Toyota Tundra, per their recommendation, what an amazing difference in heat reduction! There quality of work, attention to detail and they actually had two installers on my installation. I was scheduled for two hours and they were done in under one hour. I recommend Sun Control to all friends and family! Rice Street Location is amazing! First time at that location but definitely not the last.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had my windows tinted at Sun Control in St. Paul, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The team was incredibly quick and extremely courteous, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The quality of the tinting is outstanding, and it gives my vehicle a fantastic look!

As the owner of Owl Roofing, I value excellent service, and Sun Control certainly delivered. I’m excited to continue bringing our vehicles here for their professional and high-quality work. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for window tinting

Sun Control gave me a quick estimate that was very reasonable and got me right on their schedule. All this communication was done over the weekend. They did a great job, in the time they told me it would take. No waiting. The receptionist at the store is just delightful. I couldn’t be happier. Great customer service.

Great welcoming entry, very well clean and organized. Very informative on tint films and levels available. The website and reserving an appointment is very straight forward and easy to navigate. Friendly staff. Came here due to recent recommendations from a friend of mine that had his window tint done on his own personal vehicle and loved the quality finish. I decided to come here get mines done as well. Overall I’m happy with the service and quality work. I would highly recommend them for personal vehicle window tint or even business window store fronts too. They’re using the best film in my opinion. Worth the price and longevity of the film.

Just bought a brand new Mazda that was in dire need of tint. Got all windows and a brow done. They did an excellent job and at a competitive price. The tech even came out with me to make sure the brow was at a length that worked for me and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful along the whole process. 10/10 highly recommend.

The staff is friendly, they answered all of my questions throughly. They spent plenty of time showing me the different films and differences. They even let me do a custom length on the brow on the windshield as I didn’t want it to low! The show room was very clean, inviting and professional! Highly recommend. Also I have used the location in Hudson and the one in St paul with great experiences both places! Thank you Sun Control!

Graphics they made for my van turned out exactly as requested. Colors and sizes were perfect.
I installed them myself and am very happy how they turned out.

I had the front windows on my Toyota Highlander tinted this week, driver and front passenger, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. The front desk staff and installer were welcoming and professional and the job was done in a timely manner. I’m ready for that bright Minnesota sunshine!

Use a different company. Sun Control lacks communication and tinting product results. They may do good car work per reviews -but there business/home window tinting installation is NOT good. The attached picture doesn't give it justice - taken from a phone. But believe me when I saw we are still squinting constantly.
The company will quickly respond to any request for an consultation, installation, or payment. But when you have a problem, expect no answer.
It took over a week to get the estimate - I had to reach out and remind them to send it. At the consultation they advised a certain tint darkness and later we requested an estimate for darker. They installed the lighter without communicating. So...the tint installed doesn't work.
We are very unhappy with the results, as we are still crouching in our desks and rotating our chairs to avoid the light. I reached out with my concerns (twice) and have yet to hear anything back. It has nearly been 2 weeks.
The installation team also left streaks across the windows. So we are left still blinded and now with streaks. We wasted our money. Don't waste yours. Looks like we are buying curtains.
