Update: they did refund us $100+HST but still very expensive overall.

Excellent quality work, but extremely expensive. We had one small exposed pipe replaced in addition to 2x hose spigots and we paid $750 for about $50 worth of parts and 2 hours of labour. Not like we were expecting it to be cheap, but $350/hr is astronomical for a quick job like that. We had to decline additional work as well as it was just egregious in terms of pricing. Wish we could rate higher as the plumbers were absolute gentlemen and the work was solid, but it’s hard to feel like we didn’t get fleeced on the price. And of course, if you decline the quote for the work, you still get charged $100 + HST service call fee, so you feel pressured to accept.

Michael was great and gave us solution options to resolve our sump pump issues. As our home is on the water table with a very active sump pump year round when it stopped working. Michael came on Sunday morning too! We really appreciate the service call!

We had a terrible kitchen faucet leak in our rental unit. Michael B. arrived earlier than expected, was so knowledgeable, efficient and above all, nice! We were so happy with how he quickly identified the source, repaired everything and installed a new tap so quickly. Would 💯 recommend.

Tony came by to provide a quote and quickly realized it was not a plumbing issue. He then went out of his way to try to connect us with a contractor that could do the work. Really appreciate his help and I highly recommend him!

Friendly and helpful! They arrived on time and checked everything. They took the time to explain what they were checking, the issue, and the solution which was a great help if any future issue came up. They always checked in before completing any work and advised of the price and solution before proceeding. They quickly resolved the issue and replaced the wax seal. Great service, would highly recommend!

Professional & informative, they resolved our plumbing issue quickly. I would highly recommend this company. I hope I don’t have to call them again, but if we ever have a plumbing issue they will be the first ones I’d contact.
