Ryan and ReeRee spent their fourth of July serving me in the best way!! from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left they made my experience one to remember. Personable and friendly they were quick to make my order, and they made it right!!! Thank you Ryan and ReeRee for your amazing service!!

This Jimmy John’s is joke compared to the rest of they always screw up your order. They have you pay extra for stuff that they never end up putting on your sandwich. They don’t seem to care to make it right. But today they really outshined themselves by making a sandwich that is mostly meat without a single slice of meat at all just bread lettuce and tomato’s. Called them and just you can tell they could care less. Gonna just avoid them entirely and go just to the 12th street they actually do it right every single time.

I'm not sure what's going on but lately this location has been extremely slow. The lobby will be closed then the drive through took 30 minutes before we got to the window and that after placing our order.

They didn't even ask what size sandwich we wanted and ended up charging us 50 bucks. Also, their sign is very messed up. You shouldn't advertise about doing a better job if you're that desperate. Be nicer to your customers and learn to ask about sandwich sizes, not about doing a better job. And actially hire decent people that are nice and show better custermor service aslo nonoe of the emplyees were wearing beard or harnets not okay wont be coming back.
