Robb & Gareth are experts in Harlem Brownstones. These assets can be tricky, so it is really important to work with people who understand the nuances of real estate in Harlem. Highly recommend!

I recently hired Harlem Lofts to market a multi family building of mine. Robb and Gareth marketed the building with expertise and provided me with first class service. I am very satisfied with their representation and would highly recommend them to anyone selling a building in Harlem or Upper Manhattan.

The team at Harlem Lofts made selling our brownstone, even during a very difficult time, a low-stress and efficient experience. They gave solid advice, never pressured us to do anything we didn't want to do, didn't have us make repairs that wouldn't yield results, and worked diligently to follow up on every lead. The provided us with weekly updates -- complete with data on the number of website hits, market analysis, comps, etc. They are true professionals and were a pleasure to work with.

A year after receiving great service renovating my apartment and finding a tenant, Harlem Lofts came back to my apartment to repair flooring they installed. Moveover, the repairs were within 2 days. Harlem Lofts keep their word and have outstanding customer service.

Robb at Harlem lofts helped me sell my brownstone when I was in a difficult position. There were complicating factors and it took a lot of skill for him to get it done. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. In my dealings with Harlem Lofts, I found them to be ethical, creative, and extremely on top of their game.

I’ve been in Harlem for a number of years, and I’m continuously amazed at how often Robb and his team come up in conversation with neighbors and friends. They are highly regarded and pretty much universally considered the only people to talk to for Harlem Real Estate. I followed the advice of friends and neighbors and worked with Harlem Lofts, and I have to say that I was steered in the right direction. I’ve since referred others to them and they would say the same thing. They do the right thing, and they do it well.
