Honestly, yes, prices are a little higher than other nail salons, it was big, but I think the service and attention to detail really make up for it. I was very very happy with my service, Tiffany and Ken were so kind! Also love that I wasn’t in there for more than an hour I get very impatient… great first visit! ♥️

I've been going to Bellacures for about 5-6 months. I liked the place due to the cleanliness. I must admit I've experienced various challenges overall and today was the final straw. I'll start with my prior experience. The time I had a manicure gel builder refill with Brandy. She was running behind then you can tell she was distracted with a personal matter. She was rushing to complete my service, but had to leave due to an emergency. They had another nail tech take over Kelly and redid the entire service over. Kelly was excellent and did incredible job on my nails. In addition the receptionist gave a 10% discount because I was there much longer than I should've been.
The next time I made my online appointment and selected Kelly in advance. Upon my arrival the receptionist says the system doesn't show my selection and it has happened to other customers per the receptionist. The option get another tech or wait an hour for Kelly. I waited once again the receptionist offered the 10% discount.
Another time Kelly called in sick so Tiffany completed my service. Tiffany did a great job.
Once again the receptionist offered the 10% discount for the inconvenience.
Next, I wanted to make an appointment with Kelly for 6/26 because I was in a wedding. I was told she wasn't going to work that day. So I booked with Tiffany. This was 3-4 weeks in advance I made the appointment with the receptionist. Once I arrive on 6/26 Kelly is there working on a client. I was a bit disappointed but got over it.
Today was the last straw. I had made my online appointment about a week in advance and put in notes my preferred tech Kelly first and second Tiffany. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. Kelly was about 20 minutes late. She completed my nails. Due to her tardiness her tip was 1/2 of what I usually pay. Then I went to pay for a gel builder refill was 89.25. I inquired why the price difference due to a 5% service fee for the products of usage and the increase costs. I paid it and walked to my car. I looked at my nails and had an issue paying that amount and not fully satisfied based on the photos shared. I went back in to the shop and showed the receptionist my nails and Kelly immediately came over. I was disappointed that my cuticles wasn't clipped and you can see white on my nails. Supposedly the reason for the white on the nails due to the color and she filed my nails after polishing. They offered to paint another color but why should I choose another color. I liked this color. The receptionist said they don't do the cuticles for the service I selected. For the amount of money it should be offered for a gel builder refill. I've been to other nail salons that clips my cuticles. I asked for a discount. I didn't have time to stay I had other appointments to attend too. The receptionist said because I already paid couldn't offer a discount but could apply to my next visit. I told her I don't think I will be returning. Too many issues in a short timeframe for the amount of money I'm paying. No more Bellacures for me.

The only positive about this place is that you can usually get a same day appointment if you don’t have foresight. Other than that, the experience is subpar. They are $20 more for a mani pedi with dazzle dry than their nearest competitor in Manhattan Beach that also offers it. The ladies doing my manicure and pedicure didn’t speak to me once and only chatted to each other in Vietnamese. After about 20 minutes the women doing my nails apologized and said they hadn’t seen one another in a while and then eventually offered me water.

The quality was ok, but my nails started chipping only two days later and my left big toenail is a really weird shape.

Not worth $100 plus tip when there are other options nearby.

I was able to get a same-day appointment here which was great. I heard such great things about this place that I was excited to get my nails done here. Unfortunately, the service was subpar. My cuticles were not managed correctly as you can see in the first 2 pictures. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to stay to get it corrected as I had to leave. Within two days the strengthening polish that they use has all came off which you can see in the last 2 picture. Poor service.

Brought my mom here as a Christmas gift after seeing them on instagram. Couldn’t have been a better experience, they were so friendly, the space is so relaxing and inviting. They offered us waters and the services were wonderful. I especially enjoyed the paraffin wax treatment, my hands still feel so soft! My mom enjoyed it so much she’s going to get the package they offer for multiple months of manicures. So worth it and totally fair prices for the spa experience. 10/10 will definitely be visiting more regularly!

Every time I have gone to Bellacures for a dazzle dry manicure, and sometimes a regular pedicure, I have had a positive experience. I have been treated with courtesy and consideration and the results are excellent.

Very clean nail salon! I had Sophia as my nail tech and she is so friendly and has amazing attention to detail. My nails look EXACTLY how I imagined. Great experience overall!

I have been a regular customer of Bellacures South Bay since they opened nearly 10 years ago and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and very skilled. And the salon is always immaculately clean and perfectly relaxing

This location is one of my favorites. I’ve been to Brentwood and now this one. The girls at the front are always so nice and helpful. I appreciate the small touches of drinks they offer. Lots of color selections too. My nails never look better.

I never post reviews but unfortunately I had an egregious experience here with nail tech who cancelled my appointment simply because she wanted to go home, and the girls working the front were extremely rude, smug, and condescending. I had the last appointment of the evening in order to accommodate my work schedule and had an early flight out the next day, so had to travel for an important event with completely chipped and broken nails. The salon was open, all the lights on, and a staff of 4 or 5 present and she told me they were “closed”. I can’t overstate how unprofessional and frankly lazy this treatment was, and now I’m being forced to pay a cancellation fee for a tech who simply didn’t want to work.
