Had flooded basement. I discovered around 2pm. Was told they would have a tech to review the situation arround 4pm. The tech arrived on time. Evaluated what needed to be done and said he would be back the following day before 3pm. The tech arrived before 3pm. Had the correct equipment. Pumped out my basement. Found the problem. Corrected it. Checked my HVAC unit and water heater, both are in the basement. All was fine. He was finished within 2 hours. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Have used them before and will continue. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Came right on time, very friendly installer. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a 1st class plumber.
My only complaint is that I was having my kitchen faucet replaced. Because it was a Moen faucet, it had a lifetime warranty, Moen sent me a high end kitchen faucet at no charge. All that was needed was to have it installed. Since I did not want to void any future warranty from Moen I had Best Rate, a professional plumbing company, do the install. It took them about 20-30 minutes to remove the leaking original faucet & replace it with the new one that had been furnished by Moen. I was charged $300 for this. I realize the professional plumbing companies have a lot of overhead but at $300 per half hour that equates to $600 an hour. Maybe I should have been a plumber instead of a sales rep. At any rate, my only complaint is the high cost to make a simple swap out.

I must say that Best Rate is truly the best. From start to finish a professional and accommodating process. Josh and Jesus were skilled and cared that I was informed throughout the process of having to replace my main water line. They were meticulous in their assessment, planning, coordination with impacted utilities, and keeping me informed throughout. I have sincere appreciation for this company. They are BEST.

Reliable and quick turnaround! We had a four inch crack in our main clean out and they were able to get everything fixed the same day we called.
Josh and his team took care of us quickly and fixed our issue without any issues.
Will definitely use Best Rate for any other issues we (hopefully) will not run in to!

Best Rate Plumbing was great from start to finish.

Michelle answered the phone promptly every time and was friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. She asked all the right questions, so they would be ready to quote and complete the work on the same day. I also appreciated her respecting my request to communicate via text while I was working, and she went the extra mile by giving me a heads up when the inspector was on the way the next day. She was friendly and professional during every interaction, and I felt she personalized our entire experience (which is beyond rare these days). Michelle should get an extra 5 stars for customer service alone. She's amazing!

Jeff did great work and was very thorough. He explained our options, the entire process, then reviewed everything he did and gave us a "tour" of our new hot water heater after completion. The county inspector was out the very next day, and he stated our plumber did great work and everything was completed precisely to code.

We were very pleased with our entire experience, and Best Rate Plumbing will definitely be our "go to" plumber moving forward.

Jeff at Best rate unclogged my bathroom sink and replaced some pipes. They responded to complete the job the day after my request. Jeff did a good job and explained everything he did to me. The fee was a little higher than I was hoping but not unreasonable. Everything is costly these days. I would use Best Rate again.

I had this company come out to look at a leak around my hot water heater. The technician was friendly and thorough in his explanation of what was needed and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what my options were. We have not had the repairs done yet, but I wanted to give them a great review for their prompt service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and what looked to be very reasonable pricing.

Have use these guys a couple of times and they do good work. Yesterday Josh replaced an outside freeze proof spigot. I failed to ask for an estimate, and ended up being charged $543 for the work. The new valve cost about $30 to $50 and it took an hour. Lesson learned. Get an estimate from these guys before telling the to proceed. I will look for alternatives next time.
