This is our second time working with Suburban (first time window replacements, this time siding and windows). Both experiences have been incredibly positive. I highly recommend Suburban for windows and siding. The crews were timely, communicative, and efficient/fast. The disruption for these projects was minimal in comparison to the scale of the work. Our yard is cleaner after the project than it was before the project. It's just a few days after the installation, but the end result looks wonderful. Working with Darin was a great experience both times. I really appreciate that Darin is low pressure, helpful, and highly personable. This is in contrast to other companies from which I've gotten quotes; many of these really give a hard sell and come in with a high price and then offer a deep discount contingent on immediate acceptance and deposit. Darin just gives you the bottom line and you can take it, leave it, or seek more estimates; he's totally chill. I really appreciate Darin's approach.

Suburban crew did a super job! On the first day - Arrived early in the morning - removed hail & wind damaged siding on house & garage - set up scaffolding - started installing new steel siding - crew worked till dark!

Day 2 - finished installing siding & clean up!

Looks like a brand new house & garage!

Suburban has done a wonderful job navigating us through the repair process as we had some major storm damage that required a full siding replacement. JR was helpful throughout the process and really made my wife and I feel like we made the right decision in our repair project. His crew was polite and incredibly efficient and our home has never looked better!

We had all of the windows, front siding gables, gutters, downspouts, soffits, and fascia all replaced. Suburban was phenomenal to work with from beginning to end. Quality and workmanship was great! Suburban installed all our windows and doors back in 2015 and we love how they look and savings we receive due to the quality.

During a heavy driving rain we noticed that our master bedroom double window leaked considerably. I contacted J.R. regarding this and he came to the house to inspect the window. After doing so he told me he would send a crew out to make the necessary repairs/adjustment. When I inquired as to the cost, he stated that there would be no charge. Now that is what I call customer service.

The crew showed up today, made the necessary repairs within about an hour or so and were on their way.

If you want it done right, Suburban Construction would be my first choice.

We’ve been working with Suburban Construction for over 25 years. Anytime we are thinking of making window or door updates they are always the first people we call. It’s funny because there are times when I hear people say, “They are too expensive.” I’m always quick to point out that their purchase comes with a money back guarantee. I can’t tell you how many times they have reached out to check on our purchases or if there is an issue they quickly schedule a repair. You can’t put a price on that kind of service. My wife and I will always recommend them to friends and family.
