Had several mirrors fall off the wall in a luxury new build and tried to call them several times to discuss. No answer and will not return calls. When we removed the remaining mirrors the mastic was like putty and peeled right off after 3 weeks. Phone number just goes to voicemail. Moral of the story is you get what you pay for, cheaper mirror mastic is never a better product. Just wish I didn’t waste my money and have 4 cases of garbage jwe can’t return
