This is the worst place I have ever visited. The staff was extremely rude and arrogant. There was a girl with glasses who was especially disrespectful and spoke to customers in a very arrogant manner. The customer service was terrible, and I felt completely unwelcome. Staff should learn how to treat customers with respect and professionalism. I will never come back and would not recommend this place to others.

Pizza was SO good we had to have two nights in a row!! We ordered an XL butter chicken pizza with extra sauce for wrestlemania night 2 and we were not disappointed! It’s now Monday afternoon and I heated up leftovers and so surprised I’m still getting amazing cheese pulls off my slices!! I just discovered there’s 3 locations in Hamilton as I have frequented the centennial location for their tandoori chicken many times. I can confirm all 3 locations have consistently AMAZING tandoori chicken and pizza!

When I hanker for Friday night delivery order pizza I avoid the corporations and prefer to support local. Pizza Bell pizza is fine, what is expected of the indys. Let’s talk about Pizza Bell wings. They’re pretty good, but 7, for an order that comes in at $16 with tax? Extortionate. Chat GPT, how many buffalo wings are there in an average order numbering one pound? Answer: 8-12. Refer to the photo. Nice people, good food, but small portions - sorry to rain on your parade.

Online ordering was faulty from the start. I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Called to confirm, they had my order, so no worries. We ordered 2 pizzas and onions rings. I chose extra mozarella and cheddar as a topping and this was the result, it looks like they added cheese and just melted it. The other pizza was also very skimpy on the cheese and undercooked. But this photo really just confuses me that this was allowed to leave and what exactly happened here.

Workers are wonderful and work under tremendous pressure and stress during the neighboring highschools lunch break. Students are often loud and obnoxious, and simply rude to the workers but they constantly are kind and polite, and very efficient with serving the customers. Service is fantastic, tip your servers.

Being from out of town and not knowing how the pizza places were here. I order 2 med pizza the pizza were extremely good the pizza crust was perfect just the way I like it. Next time im back in jamilton will definitely order from here again.

ordered a pizza once was actually pretty good. i called into the store and ordered it. price was on the slightly expensive end x large 3 topping for 23ish bucks. But then in the weeks to follow my order i kept receiving text message spam from various phone numbers to leave a review and order again. And that is why 1 star. not even an option to unsubscribe stop reciving text messages. Want pizza and spam Pizza bell is your guy.

We went to this place as part of their opening celebrations and took advantage of their grand opening specials. They have two other branches, but I find this to be most convenient. We ordered the 'desi style' vegetarian pizza. The manager/owner, Karan was very friendly and polite, and prepared one of the best pizzas we have had in some time. The staff is friendly. I was impressed by the fact that they have designated knives for cutting the veggie items. This way we know there is no cross contamination with knives used for non veg pizzas. We have been there twice already and had pleasant experience both times.
