I have been a client of Le Bouquet St. Laurent for over 7 years and continue to be extremely pleased with their flowers and their service. Recipients have consistently been delighted with the flowers received, and send photos of them to me. They appear to last longer than expected. The Le Bouquet web site fairly represents what is ultimately delivered and is simple to use. We always add the chocolates! Le Bouquet staff are wonderful and clearly take pride in their business through attention to detail and follow-up. They have always managed to deliver to promise even when I have left ordering till the last minute, and despite the Montreal weather! Would highly recommend Le Bouquet St. Laurent and will continue to use them for our floral requirements!

We’ve been loyal customers for years, but I’m not sure I’ll be going back. First order post move to new location was a bucket of tulips for Mother’s Day… all died within 3 days even before opening up and full blossoming. It’s a shame to see such a loved establishment degrade on quality. Not worth the price and very disappointed.

After the team reached out to me and offered a beautiful replacement bouquet, I am updating my review. The team was prompt, courteous, and highly motivated to resolve my issue... which I am convinced is an isolated incident... Being a loyal customer for many years, I can confirm this has not happened before.

Been a loyal customer of this florist for years for all occasions. The flowers are consistently fresh and beautifully arranged, creating stunning displays that never fail to impress. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The little inconvenient is the parking situation, tends to become quite chaotic particularly on St. Valentine's Day.

I came on a very busy day and she helped me make a beautiful bouquet within my budget and while helping lots of other people. They have online orders as well!
The selection was great and the flowers were fresh- they get new ones every day!! She was also willing to get me more flowers from the back of others that were in line with the colour scheme I wanted.
Wonderful and friendly service. I don’t speak French and they were also very kind about that! Will definitely be returning!

Amazing! Thank you Le Bouquet St-Laurent for providing excellent service. I am so grateful to have worked with such a great florist for my wedding. From the moment I walked into the store, Natalie was so helpful in creating the custom flower arrangements for my wedding day and reception. She took the time to create the bouquets that I had in mind and customized it to fit within my budget. We had 2 ceremonies and a reception to plan and Le Bouquet St-Laurent was able to go above and beyond our expectations by accommodating all of our needs and providing beautiful quality of flowers. The pictures don't do justice to the fresh floral arrangements. Thank you!! Highly recommended to anyone!
