I chose Dulin Mechanical a dozen years ago when I purchased my A/C system because they had a good reputation and good reviews, and their pricing was very fair. Since then, their service has been excellent. I have not needed any repairs, but I have their maintenance contract and when they come out to do their spring and fall tuneups, they are on time, they call to let you know when they’re on their way, and their technicians are friendly and professional.

Dulin Mechanical has my highest recommendation with full 5/5 star rating. Starting with the estimate for the job, explaining the options, fair pricing, quick turn around for the install and follow up service as needed, I was 100% happy with the project.
Chance Williams was knowledgeable and professional, patiently answering all questions re: the difference systems in order to make the correct choice for my home. He came to the sight on both days during the install and personally took care of some minor tweaks after the install. The entire install team (Jamie, Tyler, Gary, Ronnie and Bill) worked efficiently and expertly to install a new AC/Gas furnace/heat pump, electrical upgrades and full duct work replacement demonstrating great team work to complete this job in 2 days. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day and even trimmed my shrubs around the relocated compressor. This is a big expense in one's home and trusting that the project and future maintenance of the investment is in expert hands is truly peace of mind. I will be contracting them for bi-annual maintenance visits going forward. Thank you to the entire Dulin Mechanical Team.

Today we had the pleasure of having our HVAC serviced by the best young man. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He thought ahead in some situations and was extremely neat! I highly recommend Jake to do your hvac work!

We had a major HVAC job completed this week by Dulin Mechanical, and I cannot say enough good things about this company and their team. From start to finish, the entire crew was incredibly respectful, professional, and hardworking. They showed up ready to work and stayed busy the whole time, clearly taking pride in doing the job right.

It’s rare these days to see a team that is not only skilled but also courteous and considerate while working in your home. They were efficient, communicated well, and left everything in great shape when the job was finished.

We are very happy with the work they did for us and the entire experience. I would absolutely recommend Dulin Mechanical to anyone needing HVAC work, and we will definitely use them again in the future!

Chance was fantastic. Honest and straightforward, and their pricing is definitely competitive. Replaced my 25 year old furnace with a new Trane system, looking forward to not having to worry about heating for a while!

I can't express how much we appreciate Dulin Mechanical this week!! We were dealing with the breaker tripping, no heat and they were there for us at every turn until it was FIXED!! They never ignored a call or text. Knowledgeable and empathetic, great people!! Thank you, John, Megan, Colby and tyler!! John checked our unit from outside to the attic ,( twice) Colby also checked our unit! 3 days and they found the problem was a weak breaker. It was a frustrating week but they came through for us and we were priced reasonably!! Highly recommend 👌

Dulin is the best HVAC service company in the Charlotte area! Their service technicians do a thorough job in their inspections and explain the results of testing and findings in a professional way. They have kept my heating and air conditioning systems in A-1 condition through the years in a cost effective manner.

EXCELLENT company. Dulin has always under-promised and over-delivered! They said they could TRY to fit us in within a couple days, but came roughly an hour and a half later! Did their work (always in good spirits) and off they went. Our HVAC works swimmingly! Thank you Dulin.
