I contacted this company because I needed a NACES approved education evaluation for my job. Before proceeding, I called to confirm whether they could provide this service and whether I could visit their office in person. I was told that they do provide NACES-approved evaluations and that I could visit after 2–3 days, when one of their experts would be available to meet with me.

As instructed, I visited the office two or three times to submit my documents, but each time there was no one present. During one of my calls, I asked the representative for his full name, and he told me that his name was only Akash and did not provide any additional details. I was also informed that, by paying an additional $100 on top of the $245 evaluation fee, they could arrange a NACES-approved education evaluation for me.

However, after these conversations, they later denied offering this service. My repeated visits to the office were unsuccessful because I could not find anyone there. I also searched for their business information in public directories but was unable to find the information I expected, which raised concerns for me.

Based on my personal experience, I found the communication inconsistent and misleading. The office did not appear to be operating as I had been told, and the information I received changed over time. I also found it difficult to reconcile my experience with the overwhelmingly positive reviews posted online. Because of my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

"I am incredibly impressed with the level of service and professionalism I’ve received for my H1B RFE. Initially, I reached out just for a graduate degree equivalency, but Akash went above and beyond. He took the extra step to look at my entire H1B RFE case and provided invaluable guidance that I hadn't even expected.
Akash is proactive, clear in his communication, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a service that is both efficient and this deeply committed to their clients—highly recommended!"

I had an excellent experience working with document evaluation on my immigration case.
My case involved responding to a NOID and adding two EOL’s, and the process was not easy. During some challenging moments, I know I put a lot of pressure on the team, but they remained patient, responsive, and committed to helping me present the strongest possible case. Their guidance and expertise played a key role in my successful USCIS approval.
I would especially like to thank Akash for his consistent communication and transparency throughout the process, and Kevin, my case manager, for his attention to detail and steady support.
I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable and professional immigration evaluation services.
