I used Tucson Rolling Shutters over 30 years ago on a building I owned! The quality was superior then and just installed awnings on my home. The quality is still great and Mike did a phenomenal jobs installing them! Couldn’t be more satisfied!

I couldn't be happier with Tucson Rolling Shutters and my recent installation. From our first visit to their showroom in Tempe, the shutters we picked out were exactly what we wanted and expected. Lou was very informative and explained the process in full. The timeline and shutters she presented was exactly what was delivered. Our installer, Mike B. was a true professional and did a flawless installation and left our patio spotless. I am totally satisfied with the project and will use Tucson Rolling Shutters for any future projects we may have.

Lou's sales appointment was very professional and knowledgeable. We had several bids and Tucson came in below them all. Mike and Nathan their installers were also very professional and thorough. My wife was not happy about an exposed wire in the installation and Mike picked up on it immediately and provided a solution on the spot which was excellent customer "first" service. Would not hesitate to recommend or use Tucson Rolling Shutter & Shade again.

Mike Williams & Alvaro Cordova provided excellent installation and showed up as expected.
They also cleaned the back yard work area.
Prices were competitive and the rolling screen works amazing.
We have sat out every evening since the installation in the 40's and the patio stays in the high 70's with one fire pit.

For the past 14 years, we have had four shades installed on our home. During this time, we have not experienced a single issue with them. Despite being exposed to full sunlight, the shades appear just as good today as they did on the day they were installed. Recently, we added a larger shade to the south side of our patio. This addition was made to protect our new patio furniture and to enhance the usability of our outdoor space. Even when the weather is pleasant, I prefer not to sit directly in the sun at all times. In hindsight, I am unsure why I delayed this decision; over the years, I have spent considerable money on patio furniture that was eventually ruined by sun exposure. My hesitation was due to the perceived expense, but I now realize I was not considering the long-term benefits. These shades are of the highest quality and are built to last for many years. The sales and installation process was outstanding. I was consistently informed about the installation schedule, and everything occurred as promised. Our installation team, Mike Borquez and Robert Ballesteros, displayed exceptional professionalism. The job site was left spotless, reflecting their attention to detail. Had patio shades installed and they were very nice. Waiting for them to return and adjust the tension because the shades were wrinkled and they don't come all the way to the ground evenly.
