HMG did an elevator addition for my 33 year old home in surf city.
There are not enough stars to represent my feelings for this organization.
Work is immaculate and job finished on time.
Every job has bumps in the road but Paul and Gio were extremely responsive to correct the minor problems.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
If you are lucky enough to have them do your construction, you are lucky enough !!!!

Review of HMG Construction**

I had a fantastic experience with Team HMG, led by Gio, while working on my beach house in Harvey Cedars. After a terrible ordeal with a previous builder during a complete renovation, HMG Construction has truly renewed my confidence in the industry. They helped me add a washer and dryer to the ground level, which was a significant improvement.

I have also called on HMG for smaller projects, like tightening my kitchen faucet when we were unsure if it was a more significant issue. Most recently, they addressed a problem with our vinyl flooring, which had been improperly installed in one area.

I cannot thank Gio and his professional team enough for their support and expertise throughout the process. I highly recommend HMG Construction for any project, large or small. They excel at their craft!

We had a full sized unfinished attic that we wanted to renovate into living space. After meeting with several contractors we started getting discouraged by the estimates they were giving. A chance meeting with our neighbor lead us to Gio. He came that day, really inspected the home, gave us an affordable estimate & set us up with an architect who drew up different options. We were thrilled with the plans & a partnership was formed. Gio & his team set to work shortly after. He communicated with me daily, he never once cut corners, while always working to keep the cost down & in budget. He came up with cool ideas & implemented ours flawlessly. My dad really wanted to be involved & Gio embraced him with open arms & they worked so well together. Gio & his team are not just professional, they’re kind & they take pride in their work. We went from a 2 bedroom 1 bath ranch, to a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom 2 story home. With beautiful wood stairs to connect it all. We went from electric baseboard heating to gas, we have tons of storage.
Gio made our dreams & our dream house come true. The value of the home almost tripled. Not only would i recommend him to everyone, I would use him again in a heartbeat & hope one day we can when we move to the island permanently & need a bigger home.
He truly cares about his workers & his clients. You can’t go wrong by choosing Gio.

When I moved full time to Long Beach Island I knew my older house would require someTLC. Gio and his crew were there for small jobs and for more extensive projects. The most important qualities this crew embody are honesty,professionalism,reasonable pricing,and trust. They come when they say they will and are always just a phone call away. Their work is exemplary and I have recommended them to my friends. They are definitely my go to company with my construction and home projects.
