Payed full price and no massage in my armas and hands and I saw another ppl getting. Plus my she left my nail full of little balls. I did yesterday. She didn’t clean in the end. I told her the gel machine was burning and she hold my hand in.

Hit or miss depending on tech. My first experience was dazzling to the point of giving a big tip and my second experience the complete opposite. A bit pricey. Paid $20 for the callus removal and my feet look no different the next day. I will go back but I'll be sure to use the tech that did an amazing job. They're big on sterilizing tools which is very important.
The chairs are arranged facing each other making moving up and down a bit awkward for the staff which seems weird to me.

Bellacures Larchmont always delivers a relaxing experience! I enjoyed my Cannacure Pedi and Essential Mani after working 7 days straight! I really love Shannon and Demi, my nail techs for my visit! Unfortunately, my experience at this nail salon was disappointing. My boyfriend and I visited the day before to schedule appointments for the following day. We both booked deep hydration pedicures, and I also added a paraffin treatment and a manicure for me.
The pedicure felt rushed and was harsher than relaxing. Even after mentioning that it was too rough, the service did not improve. I also left with cuts on my foot from the pedicure being so rushed. On top of that, the paraffin treatment that I booked was completely skipped.
When I brought this up at the front desk, it was acknowledged, but the front desk employee was not apologetic and seemed largely indifferent to the situation. From the moment we arrived, she was not welcoming and seemed irritated the entire visit, which made the experience feel uncomfortable from the start. She was also rushing the other techs, which contributed to my tech rushing the process and skipping the other treatment I booked. To make matters worse, when we left a tip, we felt pressured to leave more after being asked multiple times by the same front desk employee whether that was all we were tipping, despite tipping over 10% so each tech that assisted us got a tip despite us not being satisfied with the services.
Overall, my boyfriend and I left disappointed. What should have been a relaxing experience felt rushed, impersonal, and uncomfortable, and despite bringing attention to the incomplete service, no attempt was made to rectify the situation or ensure we left satisfied. Given the cost of the services, we expected a much higher level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail. A more welcoming atmosphere and a stronger focus on customer satisfaction would have gone a long way.

Paid extra for razzle dazzle nail polish, came off in one day and the store refuses to fix it. My daughter got regular Essie and they water down the nail polish as hers started chipping a day later as well. I was told to come back after paying three hundred dollars. I had an apt today and they cancelled me and told me they would only do it if I paid again, it was beyond unreasonable and I have been going there for over 15 years.
