The people are always nice and the service is good. The prices have gone way up and include less. To add on a basic foot scrub is $27…. The add ons are all ridiculously expensive. I just feel like for what the prices are they should include some nice little things like callus or scrub or even a massage that lasts more than 60 seconds… to make the price worth it. Probably won’t go back because of the cost.

I’ve never been to a salon where people wanted to go home so quickly. I was done by 7pm and they close at 730. They had cleaners come in the middle of my mani, and were cleaning around me. Derrick my nail tech was extremely rude, sighed at any request. Nor did he finish properly or want to the point where I said I’ll do it if you don’t want to. And I did it.
Unfortunately I won’t be coming back. Nancy who did my pedicure was so sweet. Everything else was not great.

This place was so busy but they surprisingly got me in and out quickly. The ladies
Were nice, but i got dazzle dry and this was the first time I got dazzle dry and it chipped almost immediately. They say I have a couple of days to go back and fix it but I’m traveling and don’t have time. I will not be returning for dazzle dry again.

I've been coming to Bella Cure Studios for years, and it's genuinely one of my favorite places. The quality of the services has always been excellent, the team is talented, and I've happily recommended the studio to friends and family—including my husband.

I'm writing this review because I hope the owner sees it. My intention isn't to criticize the studio, but to share an experience that I believe is worth knowing about.

During my husband's appointment, I was asked to move because the station was needed. I completely understood and did so without any issue. Later, while I was quietly working on my laptop, Kristin approached me and asked why I seemed upset. The conversation quickly became focused on explaining that she hadn't done anything wrong and asking why I was upset with her.

What made me uncomfortable wasn't having to move—it was feeling like I had to justify how I felt. I never raised my voice, I never complained, and I never confronted anyone. I may have looked disappointed, but I don't think a customer should feel questioned simply for not looking happy.

A little empathy would have completely changed the experience. Something as simple as, "We're so sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for understanding," would have made me feel valued as a long-time customer.

This isn't meant as criticism of Bella Cure or even of Kristin personally. I truly enjoy coming here, and that's exactly why I wanted to share this feedback. I simply hope it helps ensure that every loyal customer continues to feel welcomed and appreciated.

If you're looking for a nail salon that offers great manicures/pedicures in a spa-like relaxing, tranquil, and calm setting; do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Frequently, the noise level is high. Often clients are rude...they loudly Face time with loved ones while sitting for manicures and pedicures. In addition, clients conduct Zoom meetings while being serviced. Seriously. I kid you not. In all of my many visits, I have never witnessed the front desk ask the noisy offenders to put their phones away. I've been happy with the services provided by my nail technicians; however, often the atmosphere is unpleasantly loud.
