Ivan recently installed a new hot water heater for us and did a great job. Installation is a thing of beauty and the whole time Ivan was here he was professional and courteous and answered all our questions. When the job was completed he cleaned up afterwards and explained what he’d installed and how to adjust the thermostat if needed. 5 stars for Ivan!

Originally called for help fixing a part of our shower, and were informed we needed our hot water tank replaced as it was in bad condition. My husband and I had a look at the situation and agreed, thankful the situation was caught. Our plumber was professional and efficient, our only real complaint stemming from the fact that he went back and forth a couple of times from the supplier(taking up 45minutes in the middle of work) for parts regarding our shower rather than having options at hand after he had examined it. He did do whatever he could to save us money though, and got us deals from his manager when he found out he was doing a much bigger job. That was very appreciated. Over all would recommend this company.

I cannot speak highly enough about Ivan from Super plumber. Moved into a new place with major hot water issues. The work Ivan did was exceptional. You spend an entire day here into the evening making sure that everything was correctly done, and problem solved. Pretty sure I know who my go-to plumber is going to be from this point forward. Thank you Ivan for your great work!
