Brent saved me money with a simple AC fix. I did some Google research, read the reviews about his integrity, and that is what I experienced with him. I feel I can trust him and he isn't out to gouge you. I will be calling Purcell again instead of the bigger companies we have dealt with before.

Our 40+ years old wood/electric forced air furnace was limping along. Brent gave us 3 quotes for heat pumps and air exchangers, provided guidance in choosing the right one for our home, ordered it and organized the subcontractors needed for removal and installation quickly and efficiently.
We appreciate how responsive he was to all of our questions, no matter if it was a work day or not.

I had a very good experience working with Brent from Purcell Heating and Air. My furnace had quit running overnight during the recent cold snap below -20C, and Brent took my call first thing in the morning, and we set up an appointment to get my furnace running again. I called about issues I was having with my Furnace on a Saturday. Brent was able to analyze the issue and advise me of the repair that was needed. He ordered the parts and came out on the following Tuesday to replace the part needed. The whole process was quick and very easy to deal with. Brent very professional and answers all of my questions. Brent was very patient and helped us find the best solution to replace our baseboard heaters. He suggested the Daikin mini split heat pump and after researching other brands we realized he had come up with the best unit. It was installed last week, and is up and running and we are very happy with it. The unit can be monitored from anywhere through the mobile app and most importantly it heats up the house really nicely. Looking forward to having the cooling in the summer.
Brent was very thorough in helping us and the installer did a top notch job. Highly recommend!
