I am extremely glad that I found this place! My fiancé had my cars passenger side door glass replaced at a different shop, and ever since then it made a clacking sound every time the window was wound all the way up. The glass fell off of its track, and was laying inside of the door. I called this shop, and they asked when I could bring my car in. I was free, so I went right away. Turns out the window wasn’t installed correctly. They showed me what the problem was, and reinstalled it correctly, so no more clacking sound when the window is wound up. I recommend going here first!!
