If you can get in touch with them, they are wonderful. I’ve spent so much time trying to just get my subscription or even just an appointment but no one ever picks up. The Amherst one, this one, none of them. This is insane. I need my prescription. I’ve even called the main office and left a message, no response. I’m tired of this. My glasses are broken and this is just so disheartening. Do not go here.

This is one of the friendliest and professional offices I’ve visited. The staff was very helpful and Dr. East took the time and explained everything to me thoroughly. I would definitely recommend anyone to this office.

They were great. Very nice and informative. Got me in to see them in a moments notice. Carrie went out of her way to find a surgeon for me. I can't thank her enough. Would recommend this eye center without hesitation. Very appreciative.

Dr East couldn't have been nicer! He explained everything to me so well, and in terms I understood. Highly recommend them to anyone. They are more about eye care than selling you glasses you don't need. Greatly appreciated!
